(Ok, that last one is a little unfair. You could compare pretty much anything to the cost of the war in Iraq and it would look like peanuts.)

120 crores would be really really small. I would have thought a few thousand crores; to be precise 8000 crores or more .... lets see what they intend to do with 120 Crores. If its only for the planning stage ... it may not be so bad. What say?
