SKS's passbook is now colorful and brings money

here, future of rural advertising.... micro-advertising!!

this is very interesting. i wonder is there is the opportunity for a public private partnership here where the government/private companies can use the passbook to spread socially relevant messages. Eg: like a soap company advertises about washing hands and hygiene, thus improving sales and lowering incidence of disease or advertisements on vaccinations as part of the National Rural Health Mission etc. of course, purely commercial advertising works as well to the extent that the revenue from adverts decreases interest for clients.
